During the consultation, I felt very comfortable opening up and you never felt embarrassed to say what you felt. They really listen and give genuine advice that is practical and really helpful. Highly recommend!! It saves time and less worries. The staffs are superb! They were very accommodating and very helpful in all my queries. They even do an extra effort in helping me to find the prescribed meds which is currently out of stock in most of the drug stores in the market and they helped me to contact the doctor.

I’m doing a lot better. I also started journaling as advised by the psychologist. Now, I am also listing down my weekly plans so I won’t get overwhelmed by my tasks.
