Dr. Eva Celeste F. Donato is a dedicated medical professional with a diverse career spanning psychiatric specialization and grassroots public health. After serving as a Municipal Health Officer and a "Doctor to the Barrios" in rural communities, she completed her residency training in Psychiatry at the National Center for Mental Health. Currently in her role as a Medical Officer IV, she oversees psychiatric clinical documentation, conducts research, and mentors medical students and residents.
