This feedback covers my two E-Konsulta appointments for 2025. Consultations: Dr. Yap and Dr. Chua gave excellent advice; their prescriptions significantly improved my conditions. Staff: The staff showed courtesy throughout the process. Response Time: Varied. I got initial replies generally within five minutes, but I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to confirm the doctor's schedule for each booking. Getting payment details after the first consultation also took about three hours, unlike in the second one with immediate follow-ups and prescription upload. Overall, this clinic is a good choice for non-urgent online medical consultations. I completed each appointment within a day, from inquiry before 3 PM to receiving my prescriptions at around 9 PM.
